Holy Martyr Saint Hieron

Saint Hieron was put to death in Armenia. He was tortured and finally beheaded. Accordingly, he was very fit and refused to join the army because of his Christian faith. For this he was arrested and put in prison, where he suffered with other Christians, before beheading.
