Patron Saints Medals - Gold - Silver - Pewter

We have located several resources for Patron Saints Medals.

Some of these stores specialize in medals made from precious medals like gold and silver.

Many of us Catholics like to have a medal of our favorite Saint, have it blessed and wear it or give it as a gift.

When I think of these I remember being on Pilgrimage in Ireland with a group. We were touring the Churches in Ireland that were formally Catholic Churches but were taken over by the Church of England during the reign of Henry the VIII. One lady carried a whole bag of medals and other religious items and she would place the bag and pray to reclaim that church for the Roman Catholic Church.

Saints Medals have been a long standing tradition in our Church. Of course we do not use them as talismans or any sort of idol worship, rather they are reminders to us of the grace filled life of the Saint they represent.
